d\u2019\u00e9change des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur dans le r\u00e9servoir de glace reste optimal.<br \/>\n<hr \/>\n<\/li>\n<li>Cette maison est innovante : apr\u00e8s la phase de mise en service, elle ne sera plus raccord\u00e9e au r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique.<\/li>\n<li>Pour couvrir les besoins en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, une grande installation photovolta\u00efque recouvre le toit et les fa\u00e7ades de la maison.<\/li>\n<li>Des batteries innovantes pour le stockage de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et du sel rendront la maison autonome lorsque l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 solaire fera
