The long-awaited building, named Double-Croche, is located opposite the Théâtre du Crochetan. “Meeting the needs of our senior citizens, enabling them to live at home for as long as possible while enjoying a pleasant social life, is the aim of the Monthey authorities in creating this day care center,” writes the town in a press release.

The new facility was purchased by the town of Monthey at a cost of CHF 1.5 million. The building will also house the municipal archives, offices and 18 assisted living apartments.

Our KIGO ZEN KLIMATOP solution was chosen to ensure a stable and comfortable temperature (heating and cooling) in the day care center and offices. The suspended plaster ceiling was to have a sound-absorbing function. This solution is also ideal for concealing all technical elements (ventilation ducts, etc.).
