PV substructure for flat roofs

Duraklick mounting systems are lightweight, aerodynamic and self-supporting – specially developed for large-scale photovoltaic systems on flat roofs. They are characterised by their lightweight, aerodynamic and self-supporting design – without penetrating the roof.

Manufactured from high-quality aluminium in lightweight construction, the systems are ideal for industrial and commercial buildings as well as for flat roofs of detached houses and apartment blocks.

Duraklick impresses with its quick, easy and secure installation.

The extra-wide base rails with a width of 230 mm ensure even load distribution on the roof. In the case of static requirements, they can also be ballasted in order to be optimally adapted to the respective local conditions.

Duraklick Single Anchor Point (SAP), foldable.

The SAP stands out for its ease of use, as it is anchored directly into the base rail, eliminating the need for a separate HSS rail. In addition, it meets all requirements for anchor devices Type A and E and is certified by DEKRA in accordance with DIN EN 795:2012 Type A&E and DIN CEN/TS 16415:2017, ensuring the highest safety standards.

HSS fall protection system

The efficient, flexible and economically clever fall protection system

With the Duraklick HSS fall protection system, we offer an efficient, flexible and economically clever fall arrester for flat roofs. It is integrated into the PV mounting system and saves you having to install anchorage points or other roof security systems. Up to four people can be secured and enjoy great freedom of movement. The system is approved in Europe and Switzerland and can also be easily retrofitted into existing Duraklick systems.

Offer preparation

In order to be able to provide you with a precise and binding quotation for an assembly system, we require the following documents:

  • Our checklist, filled out with all available data
  • A layout plan with roof dimensions (preferably as a PDF or DWG)
  • A data sheet of the planned module
  • Photos of the property and the surrounding area, if available

On submission of this information, we will provide you with a binding quotation with installation plans and a project overview within 2-3 working days. You will also receive our non-binding preliminary calculations of the loads. This service is of course free of charge for you. If you place an order, you will then receive a binding system statics for your project from us.
